Introduction:
A much unknown profile artist, Oscar Lenner was recorded by Pollak as a profilist due to the discovery of two profiles of women signed on the back “Oscar Lenner 1813”. These were painted in a style typical of the period, onto flat glass backed with green silk. Unfortunately, no further information has been discovered about Lenner.
